Our CNC manufacturing and prototyping service offers precision machining capabilities to create custom parts and prototypes based on your specifications and drawings. We abide by the Australian Consumer Law and offer guarantees regarding the quality and fitness for purpose of our services.

We respect the confidentiality of your designs and information. We will not disclose or use any confidential information provided by you for any purpose other than fulfilling your order, unless required by law.
We strive to deliver high-quality parts and prototypes that meet your specifications. However, if the services provided are not of acceptable quality or do not meet the guarantees provided under the law, you are entitled to remedies such as repair, replacement, or refund.
We will make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, we are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
We accept returns and offer refunds for defective services or errors on our part. Please notify us within a reasonable timeframe if you believe the services provided do not meet the guarantees under the law. Refunds will be issued in accordance with our refund policy and the requirements of the law.
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services.
